What is perhaps needed is a soft launch to the process : Integrate logistics, communication, training etc and build up trust n inter dependencies. Let the services be.

Enjoyed this very free and frank expression of opinion on a much debated topic. I have only one thought – shouldn’t HDO reforms be the first priority? AD command is definitely not an optimally workable idea, given our assets/ resources.
