      1. Great discourse Anil, covered all bases. Blunt n unafraid. Educative n enlightening. Good enough to be classified as a great tutorial on this vexed issue. What is perhaps needed is a soft launch to the process : Integrate logistics, communication, training etc and build up trust n inter dependencies. Let the services be.

  2. Very well analyzed the nuances of theaterisation. Sincerely hope decision makers do view this video.

  3. Sir You have hit the nail on the head. The inadvertent utterances has revealed the mindset. You have conveyed the apprehensions in a subtle and polite manner. The takeaways require serious attention. For that the wide gap in mindset and thinking require to be closed by paying attention to basic intellectual training and upbringing.

  4. Extremely well analyzed, Sir. It brings out, very succinctly, issues that one feels but could not define. In this, I agree wholeheartedly with SR Sir, that you have got the nail on it’s head. Very well discussed, politely and without rancour.

  5. Enjoyed this very free and frank expression of opinion on a much debated topic. I have only one thought – shouldn’t HDO reforms be the first priority? AD command is definitely not an optimally workable idea, given our assets/ resources.

  6. Sir, you have put up a very nice, frank &: balanced views/recommendations in your interview, on the graded scales of integrated structures, before functionalisation of Theatre Commands

  7. Very well articulated, sir. Many people fail to realise the lopsided manner in which things seem to be pushed, going by media glare.
