My question to the honorable Air Marshal is very simple ,if his son/ daughter were a fighter pilot how comfortable would he be if they were pitted against a PAF F-16 Blk 52 ,IAF has enough experince with RSAF F-16 and UAE AF .We had Wg Cdr Abhinandan was shot down and was captured and paraded and took the winds out of the sails of IAF which was on a high after Balakot strike,both were supported by GCI and AWACS,EW ,it was a near peer fight,I am a simple civilian so please pardon my ignorance
1. More of a statement and opinion than a question.
2. what is the objection? is it that we should not go in for Tejas?
