Dealt with various Ministries, Paramilitary, DPSUs, DRDO and Institutions. Holds two M Phil degrees and has vast instructional experience. Maj Gen Vijay Pande was commissioned into the Indian Army in Dec 1979 and retired in March 2017. After superannuation He settled in Jalandhar. Among the important assignments he held in the Army are GOC 39 Mountain Division, Major General in Charge Logistics, HQ Western Command and Head of Training in the Senior Command and Staff College in Uganda. His education qualifications are M Sc, M Phil and at present he is pursuing a Ph D from Punjabi University Patiala on India Africa Relations. Currently, he is based in Mumbai and working as Senior Vice President, Loss Prevention and Chief Human Resource Officer in a private company.
