The revenue allocation is Rs 2.7 lakh crores. The budget for defence pensions is Rs 1.38 lakh crores, and for the civilian employees of the defence ministry, it is Rs 22,612 crores.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nKeeping in mind the prevailing threat scenario, much more is required in the capital outlay.
