There were three sessions at the conference and the themes were as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #ff0000;\">Session 1: Human error<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #800080;\">Session 2: Maintenance safety<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
